Hatha Yoga - adults

This Hatha Yoga class is a traditional approach to Yoga, in which we will focus on practicing physical postures (Asanas), breathing exercises, concentration techniques, as well as ways to relax. In the session, we will have varied approaches to sequences of postures suitable for all levels of practice. At the same time, in each group meeting, we will also discuss some important theoretical concepts in Yoga.
Nico's advice for Yoga practitioners: it is important to listen to your body and not go beyond your limits during the practice. The main goal of Yoga remains relaxation and mental well-being above all else.
